Great selection, super friendly staff who went above and beyond helping me find what I didn’t know I needed. Stoked despite my wallet being a little lighter. Definitely suggest being assisted by harry. This guy deserves a raise!

This place is super sketchy, and you'll never catch me back in there. Just went in to try to buy a new bong after work cause mine broke. After finding one, I liked which took a sec cause they're mad overpriced. I settled on one. It was $59.99, and that was a stretch. After almost arguing with the guy who is helping, even though I said Im good until I was ready. He was just trying to upsell on everything I wanted even though I said I was good. I said no, that's the one I wanted. Now keep in mind I'm exhausted. Just got off a closing shift on work, and I just want to get home. The guy says yes, and he says he'll take it to the counter and get wrapped up. I ask about some propane, and he goes and gets a tank out of the back. He has to call for a price on it. It ends up being 25$. For one tank. I said I was good at that price. He tries to argue about it being worth the price because of its brand. Told him I'd never pay 25$ for 1 5lb tank. This whole exchange has me so irritated because I'm looking at a 90$ price on a 59.99 dollar rig that he said had a banger included if I needed it. Finally, I leave the store and check my recipe and bag. I find 2 charges. One for the rig and one for the nail, which was supposed to be included. To top it all off, he put in a rig that cost 10$ more, and I said I didn't want twice. When I went in and said I wanted to return. He gave some bull about not being able to do a return because of me using a card. As someone who processes several refunds a week in my place of work, I've never heard of that. I've used a lot of payment providers over the years, and that has never come up. I'd warn you to stay away from this shop. Very unprofessional and will just try to scam you on almost everything they sell it seems. I was fairly impressed with some of their larger selection until I saw my receipt, what they did, and how it was handled.

I’ve only bought a couple things here , btw if anyone knows where to get a 25$ 12inch or smaller song in the city of Seattle please lemme know I can’t find one anywhere!!! However they may be pricey, but there’s something to be said about 24 hour accessibility

Rip off. Don't let them talk you into buying the $25 "25,000" puff UTBar - it's really 2,100 puffs, NOT 25k puffs as the product claims. It also lost liquid % while sitting overnight, unused and loses more % when the battery goes below 85. They wouldn't take it back. Won't buy from these clowns again.
